Summer in the city

Sunday in golden gate park, dancing to some Dj's (tastysf) and having fun with friends.  Delia and I love to have our photos taken, can you tell, we're so silly together!  I made a wildflower head wreath which everyone seemed to enjoy as much I as did making it.

I made another new headdress today! I am going to attempt to get back to blogging here.  After all, I started this blog a while ago, it would be silly to give it up!  I wonder if I still have any readers, after majorly slacking for a while there!  XO

Craft day

I created a couple new headdresses today, the flowered one for easter and the feathered one being for fun/burning man! 

New dress!

This dress is so amazing, I found it here in SF at a vintage store in the mission.  It reminds me so much of my mothers wedding dress which is long lost.  Not only is it a great replacement for that but it fits me perfectly and I'm almost certain it's handmade!

Bicycle Bicycle

Life is good here!  I've been having way to much fun to keep up with blogging.  For one I got this great vintage french bicycle that I have been spending lots of time with.  She is so much fun!  The weather in the city has been amazing so riding my bike has been happening lots.   I convinced another one of my friends to get a bicycle so I am awaiting her bike to arrive so we can adventure all together.

Here is a new headdress I made for a party this weekend.  It's gonna be a fun one, it's a sacred dance party with a white theme!  I am mostly blogging on TUMBLR now so check it out!  

Happy New Year

I have good feelings about this year!  It was a great new years eve and day!  Lots of dancing and great energy in SF.  Today I am 33, which is crazy.  I can't believe how fast time if flying, but I am enjoying the ride!

I've been a little obsessed with these boots lately, I've had them for years and I love them.  I have a white pair too!

Whirlwind adventures

Life had been crazy with my multiple out of town house guests.  This all in addition to the giants winning the world series and halloween/day of the dead.  This city had been so fun and energetic.  It's now time to relax for a while before the holidays start up.

This is the headdress I made for the day of the dead celebration in the Mission, it was amazing as usual.  I also wore a huge white hoop skirt as well as a beautiful, cream colored rhinestone and pearl, lace shirt.  I looked like a dead bride, it was great!  This was a photo before makeup and the outfit. 

This is a photo my best friend shot of me on our way to the burning man decompression party a few weeks ago.  I didn't know it existed until a few minutes ago when I was tagged on FB, the comments are already funny.  Yes they are real! :)
